A Glendale woman was identified Monday as the victim in a fatal hit-and-run traffic crash while crossing a street in northwest Phoenix. Lilibeth B. Huffman, 44, was killed about 11:30 p.m. Saturday by the driver of a 2004 Infiniti who fled the crash scene on Bell Road at 42nd Avenue, police said.
