Former U.S. Congressman Wiley Mayne of Sioux City died yesterday, at age 90. He was an accomplished man. He served as a United States Congressman for eight years. 1967 was his first year on Capitol Hill, and as one of the newest faces in Washington, Mayne reported to then house Republican leader, the late Gerald Ford.
