Rebecca Harris Dodge, 92 of Harbor House, Oswego, died Thursday, July 19, 2007 in Loretto Heights, Oswego, after a long illness. She was born in Syracuse and had been a resident of LaFayette until moving to Oswego in 1981. Mrs. Dodge was the secretary to the Commissioner at the Onondaga County Department of Social Services before her retirement.
