A city woman was charged Friday evening after she turned into the path of another vehicle, as she headed north on Park Street. Cumberland Police said Deborah Ziegler, 59, was driving a 1996 Suzuki truck when she tried to turn left onto East Harrison Street, and cut into the path of a 1992 Chevrolet two-door car driven by Patrick Smith Jr., 26, also of Cumberland.
