Police say a man from Buena Vista died in car accident Sunday afternoon. The accident happened around 4:00 p.m. on Route 60 near Route 1570 in Rockbridge County. Police say 20-year-old David Allen Lowe was driving an Acura Integra when he ran-off the road, hit a tree stump and overturned.
